Shipping Options

Interine Electronics (Singapore) offers various shipping methods: we can arrange delivery via FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, or any other preferred method. You may also choose your own logistics service if you have a specific delivery company. We accept shipping methods as requested by clients.

Normal lead time for most parts is 1-3 working days or 5-7 working days. Special requirements need to be confirmed with our sales team.

Quality Control and After-Sales Service

Interine Electronics (Singapore) guarantees that all merchandise provided is from original factories, authorized agents, or authorized distributors, ensuring that all parts are original and new. We will provide inspection records for all orders upon delivery. We also offer a one-year warranty after the merchandise is delivered.

Order cancellations are not accepted unless the customer has a legal reason, such as evidence that our merchandise is not original and new parts. If there are quality issues upon receipt of the merchandise, please contact us within 3 working days. We will adhere to the after-sales service agreement to exchange the faulty parts. The after-sales service agreement outlines the procedures to handle product issues before filing a complaint. We do not accept order cancellations after shipping; only replacement of faulty products is allowed. We only accept product issues with apparent damage during transportation if documented at the time of receipt. Customers must provide a formal product issue description within 3 working days of receipt, including text descriptions, photos, videos, and preliminary tests. Interine Electronics (Singapore) will replace the faulty parts and cover the shipping costs. If necessary, Interine Electronics (Singapore) may request the return of the faulty product for inspection or testing purposes, and customers should assist with the return. Interine Electronics (Singapore) will cover the shipping costs.

Disclaimer

Interine Electronics (Singapore) is committed to providing technical support to ensure the website is operational, aiming to avoid service interruptions or limit downtime. However, due to force majeure or other uncontrollable reasons, if the website crashes or becomes unusable, resulting in the loss of some records, messages, or information, Interine Electronics (Singapore) is not responsible.
