Refund Policy

At Interine Electronics (Singapore), we strive for customer satisfaction. We offer a refund policy that allows for returns within 30 days from the delivery date of your parcel.

How to Request a Refund

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our support team immediately upon receiving your parcel. This includes, but is not limited to, the following reasons:

  • Parcel Not Received:We guarantee a refund or resend your order if your parcel has not arrived within the standard shipping time-frame, except in cases where the customer is responsible for the unsuccessful delivery (e.g., incorrect shipping address, failure to complete customs clearance due to customer-related issues).

Note: Delays due to extreme weather, postal delays, customs clearance, local protests, etc., are beyond our control. While we cannot guarantee on-time delivery in these cases, we will do our best to support you.

  • Missing Items from Shipment:If items are missing from your shipment, first check all the boxes associated with your order and fully empty each box. Small parts can sometimes get caught in crevices or packing material. If you still can't find the item, email customer service immediately with a description of the missing items and photos of the entire parcel. We will forward this information to our warehouse for verification and to check packing records.

Steps to Resolve Missing Items:

  1. Contact the support team for authorization.
  2. Our team will check and verify the issue.
  3. We will offer solutions on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy

When returning products to Interine Electronics (Singapore), the customer must certify that the products were purchased from Interine Electronics (Singapore) and that there has been no substitution of the product, in whole or part, from another supplier, distributor, or source. Returned items should be in their original packaging and unused condition (except for defective items). ESD or moisture-sensitive products should only be opened under controlled conditions.

General Return Rules:

  • Return Period:Returns are accepted within 365 days from the delivery date.
  • Quality Issues:For returns due to 'non-original/fake/quality problems,' a valid quality report from a third-party authoritative organization recognized by Interine Electronics (Singapore) is required.
  • Customer Responsibility:Any customs charges and other fees must be paid by the customer if the return is due to customer-related reasons (e.g., ordering the wrong parts).

Note: Return freight charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD shipments.
